Each hand-crafted piece is created, somewhat surprisingly if not surreally, out of butter-soft salmon or ostrich skins, materials discarded by the fishing and food industries in places like The Amazon, Iceland and South Africa. These skins, along with other incredible fabrics made from apples or pineapple leaves, are sourced from The Sustainable Angle; a not for profit organisation supporting the fashion industry with more sustainable materials.
